Shipping & Returns
If you have placed an order, it will be processed on average the next working day. The packages are sent on working days via PostNL and the delivery time is on average 1 to 3 weeks. You can view the status of your order in your account. You can get here by clicking on 'my account' at the top of the website. During sales periods and around national holidays (such as New Year's Day, Easter, Ascension Day, Pentecost, King's Day and Christmas) the delivery time may take a little longer than usual.
Sending orders with a shipping address in the Netherlands 6.95. Belgium or Germany is € 13.95. Shipping outside the EU is possible, for more information it is best to send an email to [email protected]
Exchange & return
Have you received your order and are you not satisfied with 1 or more items? With us you can exchange and/or return an order within 14 calendar days from the Netherlands, which also applies to sale items. (only if it is a product that has been bought to order, this will not work)
Please note: items that are exchanged or returned must be in their original condition. Packaging, the material should be in good order (new condition), otherwise we cannot accept the item for a return or exchange, these items will then be returned to the customer. As soon as we have received your return package, we will process it. Processing time is approximately 2 to 3 business days after receipt. (On holidays it can sometimes take a little longer).

Can I still change / cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can no longer change your order after you have placed it, this also applies to changing the size and color of an item, removing or adding an item or changing the delivery address. You do of course have the right to cancel the entire order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact customer service via [email protected] or 0598 234 800 (available from Mon to Fri from 09:30 to 17:30, excluding public holidays) and state the order number from the order. However, we do try to ship your order as quickly as possible and it is therefore possible that it is already on its way. If it is already on its way, you can return all items free of charge via our freepost number for a full refund.
It is possible that after placing an order an item unexpectedly turns out to be no longer available, because it is sold out at that time. We will inform you of this by e-mail. Particularly during sale periods, certain items can sometimes be sold out quite quickly, so unfortunately we are unable to deliver that item. In this case, unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping costs for the items that we can deliver or for a possible new order of a replacement product. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
