IPE Porsche 911 Turbo S 992.2 titanium exhaust system
Compatible with: Porsche 911 Turbo S (992.2), including OPF-equipped models.
This complete IPE titanium exhaust system has been developed specifically for the 992.2-generation Porsche 911 Turbo S. It combines titanium construction with IPE Valvetronic exhaust valves and retains control through the original Porsche Sport Exhaust system (PSE).
For this generation, IPE supplies the exhaust as a complete system. The product options offer a choice between a catless configuration and a configuration with 200-cell sports catalysts. An OBD dongle is also available as an optional addition.
Titanium construction and PSE valve control
The exhaust is manufactured from titanium and features heat shielding around key sections of the system. Its layout is designed around the exhaust configuration of the 992.2 Turbo S.
The exhaust valves operate through the factory PSE controls. With the valves closed, the system delivers a more restrained sound character. Opening the valves produces a more pronounced exhaust note. The original controls therefore remain available to adjust the character of the exhaust sound.
Catless or 200-cell sports catalysts
- Catless – without catalytic converters: the complete system is supplied without catalytic converters. This configuration provides the least restrictive exhaust route of the two available options.
- 200-cell sports catalysts: the complete system is supplied with sports catalytic converters featuring a cell density of 200 CPSI. This configuration retains catalytic converters within the exhaust system.
The terms 200-cell and 200 CPSI refer to the same configuration here. The presence of sports catalytic converters does not, by itself, establish road approval for the system.
Optional OBD dongle
The system can be ordered with or without an OBD dongle. The optional dongle is intended to suppress the check-engine light where this is required following the exhaust modification. It does not change the physical configuration of the exhaust system.
