Koshi carbon AC frame Alfa Romeo 4C

This Koshi AC frame gives the surround of the Alfa Romeo 4C air-conditioning panel a visible carbon surface. It has an open centre and sides shaped to follow the outline of the original panel. The trim focuses on the frame and should not be confused with the separate cover surrounding the three climate control dials.

Carbon surround for the existing controls

The frame is intended to cover the original component. The air-conditioning controls and underlying panel structure therefore remain in place. Its formed edges make it a specific 4C interior component rather than a universal flat carbon sheet.

Manufacture and fit

Koshi uses prepreg carbon cured in an autoclave at 140 °C and 6 bar. The gloss finish highlights the weave on the visible surfaces. Trial fit the frame to the existing panel and assess the open centre and the meeting edges at the sides before final attachment.
