Wagner EVO 1 Performance intercooler BMW - 200001040

Wagner EVO 1 Performance 200001040 uses a bar-and-plate core to cool charge air in the matching BMW F applications. This construction distinguishes the Performance version from the EVO 1 Competition. Its stepped 520 × 210 × 130 mm core is combined with cast-aluminium end tanks, bringing the core and air guidance together in one replacement intercooler.

Wagner’s installation manual identifies this kit alongside 200001046 and describes reconnection of the existing charge-air hoses. The metal clips must lock fully, with the guide and lower sealing lip seated correctly.
