A narrow surround defines the transition between a radio and the adjacent console. This Koshi audio frame cover gives that rectangular border in the Alfa Romeo 4C a visible carbon finish. Its open centre leaves the audio unit accessible; it is not a new stereo or a complete console panel.

Surrounding the existing audio unit

Koshi describes part AR4C-038 as a cover over the original component and specifies a thickness of 0.6 mm. The frame is for the illustrated radio surround and should not be treated as a universal adapter for every aftermarket stereo.

Prepreg carbon console detail

The carbon is autoclave-cured and finished with gloss clear coat. Its slim profile carries the weave around the opening. Compare the outer dimensions and rectangular aperture with the existing frame before attaching it, especially if the audio unit or mounting surround has previously been replaced.
