Audi R8 Carbon Fiber Key cover frame

Product description

Koshi carbon key cover Audi R8

Koshi AUD-011 gives the pictured Audi R8 key a carbon exterior. The image shows a narrow front frame with a rectangular opening and rear shell with a short elongated cut-out. A rounded top and lower corners follow the existing key housing.

Carbon, White or Blue

The existing choices are Carbon, White and Blue. Two shaped pieces finish the key’s different faces. Carbon keeps the weave visible over the front frame and closed rear surface. This concerns the specific key shape pictured; openings and curved edges define the version.

Bonding onto the original key

The cover is bonded to the existing housing using suitable adhesive. It does not use clips or snap fittings; adhesive is not included. This is a defining installation feature of AUD-011. Koshi specifies 0.6 mm prepreg carbon cured in an autoclave and coated with high-gloss clear lacquer. The original key remains the base underneath.
